Deliveries Within Europe & The UK

Deliveries in Europe are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Orders will be processed within 7 days and confirmation of delivery will be send by email. 

All delivery costs are worked out based on the value of items ordered, area of delivery and shipping options you choose. For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature is required by the courier company. We must be notified of any damage incurred during posting within 24 hours of receipt of items.

Please Note: Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 7 days provided payment is validated/received. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstance may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, Cieli Equestrian will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate and schedule. 

Deliveries on International Orders

We currently do not ship or export to countries outside of Europe of the UK 

Taxes & Duties

If you are shopping within the EU you are required to pay the VAT/TAX on all orders. If you are a Business in Europe and have a valid VAT/TAX number this can be applied at the checkout and the VAT/TAX will automatically be deducted from your order.

If you reside outside of Europe, VAT/TAX will automatically be deducted at the checkout before you make payment. There may be additional customs charges on your order once it reaches the destination country.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time frame in a saleable condition, unused, in the original packaging and with garment tags attached. 

Please note that the below items cannot be exchanged unless faulty:

  • Embroidered Goods
  • Made to Measure Items
  • Bespoke items made in personalised colours
  • Sale or discounted Items

Cieli Equestrian will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective or incorrect item, etc.) Otherwise, all other goods are returned at the expense of the customer and an additional delivery fee is incurred for replacement items by the customer.

You should expect to receive the refund within 4 weeks of when the package was returned, but in most cases you should receive a refund more quickly. The 4 week time period includes the transit time for Cieli Equestrian to receive the returned package from the courier (5-10 business days), the time it takes to process your return after we’ve received it (3-5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).

How to Return Goods:

Contact us and we will issue you with a Returns Code which must be stated clearly on the returned package.

If the returned goods are posted at your own expense, we strongly recommend that they are sent by recorded/ tracked delivery. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
